Absara Microsystems was founded by a group of highly qualifi ed Technologists with a combined experience of over 50 years in semiconductor research, development, fabrication and packaging. It was started with an initial goal of bringing worldclass chip packaging solutions to major chip manufacturing fabs in South East Asia. By 2005, the company had expanded and was beginning to venture into other realms of the silicon wafer business, which includes fast growing markets that focused in the harnessing of solar energy. The company has since been rechristened as Microsys International (S) Pte. Ltd to establish a global presence and has been providing solar energy solutions to its customers around the world with variety of products ranging from solar grade wafers, solar cells to solar modules.
