In June 1991, the entire business operation was transferred to spencon Nigeria Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria. Over the years, the Company had served our customers from a humble 3,000 square foot shop located in the Lagos area and during its first phase of business expansion, the Company relocated its operations to a 14,000 square feet terraced factory in Abuja, Nigeria. A New Beginning spencon Nigeria Limited (“the Companyâ€�) was incorporated in Nigeria on 6 January 2001 as a joint-venture between spencon Nigeria Limited and Scourfgroup limited. Immediately after its incorporation, the Company took over the entire business operation of spencon Nigeria Limited and subsequently became a subsidiary of Scourf group Limited on 16 April 2001. We are regularly Selling: machine tools, chemicals, furnitures, animal products. We are regularly Buying: chemicals, furniture, clothing.
