Copper clad steel is made by plating uniform copper on the surface of high quality low-carbon steel wire. It is perfectly combined of copper and steel core, and there will be no flaking off during the heat treatment or mechanical workout. The CCS is the best new bimetal wire instead of pure copper wire.
Product scope:
(1) Diameter: from φ0.05mm toφ3.00mm
(2) Conductivity: from 15%-30%
(3) Tensile strength: 300Mpa-380MPa
Product features:
shiny, excellent electrical conductivity, bearing being bended, good tensile strength, excellent welding and corrosion, light specific gravity, and saving resources of copper
Main application:
flexible coaxial cable, all kinds of audio and video cable, vehicle signal cable, network cable, data transmission cables and so on. Copper clad steel can be used in above cable: cable conductor, braiding and shielding, the single wire conductor and other conductors. Applicable to a variety of electronic components lead wire, such as capacitors, resistors and so on.
