Aluminum composite panel M-Bond A is a three-layered material 3 or 4 mm thick, external sides of which are made of aluminum sheets 0.4 – 0.5 mm thick connected with one another with plastic or mineral filler. Aluminum composite panels are a major facing material applied in a ventilated façade system. The panels, being cut and shaped, are processed into plates that in their turn are hanged up on a façade with a help of aluminum profile system. The front side is covered with PVDF coating that is offered in a wide range of colors including homogeneous coatings and such patterns as “metallic” and natural stone texture.

Due to the lightness, flexibility and durability, aluminum composite panels are widely used in façade and interior finishing. Composite panels are irreplaceable in construction and restoration of buildings, do not impose heavy expenses, save labor and on top of all allow for complete renovation of a building’s architectural look and hide defects.

Advantages of aluminum composite panels:

- high sound absorption: sound absorption index for 4 mm thick panels - 25dB;
- protection of walls and heat insulation from atmospheric forcing;
- all year round possibility for mounting;
- high durability: service life about 50 years;
- high blow and dynamic influence resistance;
- wear resistance and durability of PVDF coating;
- fire resistance: flammability group G1 according to national standard 30244-94, low flammable according to Construction Norms and Regulations 21-01-97*;
- flexibility and plasticity;
- lightness: having the same degree of rigidity, a composite panel weighs 1.6 times less than a solid aluminum sheet, 3.4 times less than a steel sheet and 2.1 times less than fiber-reinforced cement;
- soiling resistance;
- convenience in mounting and further façade maintenance;
- aesthetic appearance.
