These cables can be used for a wide variety of applications including freeze protection of pipework and vessels; process temperature maintenance; heating of roads, ramps, walkways, etc; roof and gutter heating and under floor heating. DHR-low temperature series
Structure type: basic type (J), anticorrosive type (F), shielding & explosion-proof type (PB), protective type (B), explosion-proof & anticorrosive (PF)
Voltage grade: 12V, 24V, 36V, 110V, 120V,220V, 230V,240V,380V
Nominal power output (w/m at 10C): 10W/m, 15W/m, 20W/m, 25W/m, 35W/m,40W/m

Cable structure

1. Copper-core wire :7X0.32, 7X0.42, 7X0.50, 19X0.32
2. Conductive plastic layer: common PTC, fire-retardant PTC, fluorin-contained PTC
3. Insulation layer: modified polyolefin, fire-retardant polyolefin, fluorin-contained polyolefin, fluorin material
4. Shielding layer: tinned copper braid, covering density: 80%
5. Restrictive coating: modified polyolefin, fire-retardant polyolefin, fluorin-contained polyolefin, fluorin material

SPECIFICATIONS

1. Standard color: black
2. Temperature range: Max. working temperature 65C Max. exposure temperature 70C

Max. bearing temperature: modified polyolefin: 105C; fire-retardant polyolefin: 135C; fluorin-contained polyolefin: 180C; fluorin material: 205C

3. Minimum installation temperature: -40C

4. Start-up current (10C): ≤0.6A/m

5. Thermal stability: After circulating for 300times from 10Cto 99C, cable heat is maintained at 90% and above.
6. Minimum bend radius: At 20C :12.7mm At -30C :35.0mm

7. Insulation resistance: if cable length is 100m and thermostatic water is 75C, testing insulation resistance is 20MΩ at least. As for shielding or explosive-proof & protective type, test for 1 min between shielding layer and conductive wire core in 2,500VDC in 20°C, insulation resistance is 1200MΩ at least.
