Luoyang Lifeng Beef Industry Co. is one of the seven companies who are entitled by the China Government to export live cow to other countries. At present, the company can provide 50,000 live cows each year.
1, the total investment amount: USD 10,000,000.00
2, the first batch of investment amount: USD 5,000,000.00. Thereinto, USD 2,000,000.00 are needed to be invested by foreign investor.
3, the joint venture can be controled by foreign investor by the way of holding more than 50% of total equity.
4, the product of the joint venture is halal beef parts. Partly products are exported to foreign countries and partly are sold in China.
5, cooperation mode: joint venture or cooperative.
