 Bulk REO Tapes and Builder Closeouts Wanted (Offer to Buy)
Trade Lead Description:
I am working with a several groups of investors. One set of investors is interested in SFR Tape in the Las Vegas area. We need to fill an order of $25m to 100M packages of SFR REO tape in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. These property tapes need to be at below 50% in value and my investors are wanting to fill that order every week. We also have investors that are looking to purchase Hundreds of Millions, of dollars of Builder Closeouts and Bulk REO Tape from banks, Hedge Funds and Builders across the US (focused mainly on CA, FL, NV, AZ, and Texas). They are looking at a price point of under 60%. I am tasked with searching out connections of sellers of REO Tape and Builder Close-outs nationwide. The investors are looking to spend $50 to $500 Million per deal nationwide that are around 50% LTV (lower or higher, depending on location). These deals are small enough to do Due Dilligence on and close quickly. This is just an example that will be on the future list of properties needed.
