Looking for co-applicant/transitional funding partner. I have a deal to put only 1-3% into escrow and a company will issue a Bank Instrument and then monetize it. Escrow funds will not be released until “AFTER” monetization. The remaining Bank instrument fee will come out of monetized funds, with other fees, and then it will be split between us 50/50. For a $5-$15M investment, should return close to $100-$150M net to you for your share.
They are so confident in their bank instrument, if it can’t be monetized, you will receive your funds back from escrow.
