2. SPECIFICATIONS:

4. PRICE: FCA one container yard HOCHIMINH port, Vietnam (Incoterms 2000 applied):

JASMINE RICE 5 % BROKEN USD 775.00 / MT
Prices will be changeable if either quality or packing or time of shipment different from this offer that is requested by the Buyer.

5. QUANTITY: Minimum 110mts for each kind at seller’s option (+/- 5%)

6. PAYMENT: Irrevocable L/C at sight or TTR before shipment (if small quantity)

7. SHIPMENT: From February to March, 2010

8. VALIDITY: until February 04, 2010
