Product Description:

For sale a white granite quarry, under current active operations, located in São Fidélis, State of Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Brazil. DNPM Registration No.: 890.551 / 1998.
NOTE: Until some days ago it was conducting exploitation activities, but it can resume its activities as soon as it be sold.

The quarry has 50 Hectares of land area, being that the area extent is fully covered by granite slabs, as it can be seen in the picture. It is a quarry for exploitation for hundreds of years due to the raw material volume in this place. The extraction quarry is located in São Fidélis, State of Rio de Janeiro (RJ), 15 Km from the city, on a very good gravel paved road. It is also located 160 Km from the famous city of Campos, where large quantities of material are sent to, in order to export at the port of Campos.

Large quantities are sent to: Rio de Janeiro, Campos, Cachoeiro de Itapemirim-ES, being also sent to all Brazilian territory.
Regarding to the industry yield, it depends on how much can be extracted. For instance, if they extract 300 blocks per month, these will be sold at twenty thousand Reais each one.
The blocks alone make a monthly sale of six million Reais, and if one wants to make a larger quantity, it will be at the Owner’s discretion. All you produce is sold. It is a material that does not remain stored for long – all is sold very soon. And besides it has another excellent advantage: it is free from export taxes.

All quarry’s documentation is up to date. It is necessary only to pay the License Fee Reform, which became overdue recently. This License is renewed every four years for lifetime.

The quarry value is only R$ 28,000,000 (twenty-eight million Reais). Once the proposal is accepted, the commission is of 12% in two or three Groups.
