German standard DIN25201 double fold self lock washer, Chinese meaning for anti lock washer. By the same two pieces of a washer, each piece of the upper and lower teeth with different side, the shape of cam gear, the slope angle is greater than the bolt thread angle alpha beta, the other side is more dense. The washer is arranged, the gear surface relative to, mounted in pairs; teeth respectively and nut and fastener contact; tighten the bolt fasteners after vibration occurs, the gear surface fault uplift, and by the alpha angle is greater than the principle of beta angle to lock the bolt, so they can not loose, with a wedge lock function.
It provides a no vibration or dynamic load effect of the bolt safety lock system. This lockwashers has high safety performance, prevent the vibration and dynamic load caused by loose, easy installation and disassembly, locking effect by lubricating effect, regardless of the preload level has good locking effect, can control the preload level, with standard bolts / temperature characteristics, the same nut reusable.
